Membership Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account.

  2. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

  3. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

  4. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

  5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

When you cancel your membership, you’ll keep access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires. You’ll still have access to their customer account, but links to digital product content won't display.

When you cancel your membership, you’ll receive an email notification. You won’t receive a refund for payments already made. If the pricing plan has remaining subscription payments (either recurring or installments), all upcoming payments will be automatically canceled.
